Clear and effective workplace writing is essential for professional communication. With the growing use of artificial intelligence tools, professionals can now draft, edit and refine documents more efficiently while maintaining clarity and professionalism.
This practical workshop introduces audience-centred workplace writing supported by AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude. Participants will learn how to plan written communication, structure messages clearly and apply editing techniques to improve tone, clarity and impact.
Through guided exercises and hands-on practice, you will learn how to draft professional emails, organise meeting minutes and communicate more effectively in workplace situations. The course also introduces structured communication frameworks that help you write with greater confidence, clarity and purpose.
