This course will teach you the basics of managing inventory, building customer loyalty, meeting sales targets, and running a retail store. You will learn to use data from customer relationship management (CRM) systems to plan promotions and understand what customers like to buy. By the end of the course, you will be ready to handle both customer service and behind-the-scenes operations, helping your store grow and succeed.

Course participants are required to attend the course and pass the assessments to receive the WSQ Statements of Attainment (SOA).

Entry requirements
Participants should be 18 years old and above and possess at least GCE N Level, NTC2 / Nitec, WPLN level 4 in English & Mathematics or equivalent.
If you are paying using your SkillsFuture Credit (SFC), do note that the “One-Off SkillsFuture Credit Top-Up” will expire on 31 December 2025. This credit can be used only for courses starting on or before 31 December 2025.
The “One-Off SkillsFuture Credit Top-Up” is a one-off SFC top-up of $500 given by the government in 2020, for all eligible Singaporeans aged 25 or above.
