Learn how to perform essential bicycle maintenance and repairs, ensuring good performance and safety.

What you'll learn

  • Basic knowledge of bicycle parts and their functions

  • Techniques for removing and installing front and rear wheels (including tri-folds)

  • Techniques for fixing flat tyres, repairing / changing of tubes and tyres

  • Techniques for adjusting rim brakes and external shifter gears

  • Techniques for cleaning the drive train for optimal performance
