The course aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to cook Asian dishes with a healthy twist. The menu is suitable for renal patients.

Course duration: 7 hours

What you'll learn

  • Identify and prepare ingredients

  • Describe the techniques of preparing the dishes

  • Describe the procedures of preparing the dishes

  • Illustrate the methods of assembling or presenting the dishes 

  • Prepare the dishes using the above knowledge
