This certification recognises your capability to develop and oversee training systems independently and will help distinguish you as a proficient industry trainer, enhancing your career opportunities.

Complete the TTT core modules to qualify for the ITE Advanced Certified Industry Trainer (ACIT) certification.

Eligibility

Applicants are required to satisfy all the following requirements:

  1. Hold at least a Nitec or equivalent qualification or provide references and testimonials detailing relevant past work experience;

  2. Passed the ITE Prepare and Conduct Coaching / Coaching for Workplace Learning, Deliver and Facilitate Learning, and Design and Develop OJT Programme modules within the last 6 years; and

  3. Possess at least 3 years of relevant training experience.

Supporting documents required:

  1. Supporting documents for the above-listed points.

  2. A copy of all the following training documents you have developed after attending the Train The Trainer programme (please do not attach your class assignments):

    • Task Analysis

    • Assessment Checklist and Coaching Session Plan or Performance Standards Checklist and Coaching Plan; and

    • Lesson Plan

  3. Letter of endorsement by employer, or the following documents for freelance trainers:

    1. Letter of endorsement from at least 1 company where training was conducted

    2. Testimonials from at least 2 companies where training was conducted, with company letter head or company stamp

    3. Other proof of acquiring the training experience
