This course equips trainees with the skills, knowledge and professional attributes to manage the operations at an attraction in order to provide exemplary service experience for customers.
Course duration: 270 hours
This course prepares trainees to perform effectively in the tourism and attractions sector by equipping them with practical skills in managing attraction and resort operations, delivering service excellence and leading teams in diverse work environments. On completion, trainees will be able to support business operations through efficient resource utilisation, effective stakeholder communication and manage attraction or resort operations, including crowd control, guests experience, ride operations and event coordination in accordance with safety and hygiene requirements.
Module 1: Attractions & Resort Management
On completion of this module, trainees should be able to manage crowds, ride operations, manage events and handle safety and hygiene aspects of an attraction or a resort.
Module 2: Customer Service Communication
On completion of this module, trainees should be able to manage communication with customers and communicate effectively with the organisation’s stakeholders.
Module 3: Team & Resource Management
On completion of this module, trainees should be able to manage team diversity and application of team-building strategies for increased performance, productivity and optimisation of resources.

Course Assessments
Trainees are required to complete an individual project with oral presentation for 1 and 3, as well as a written test, report, and presentation for Module 2.
