This course provides foundational training in the preparation of three iconic Singaporean dishes: Chicken Rice, Char Kway Teow, and Hokkien Mee. You will gain hands-on experience in core techniques essential for hawker cuisine, from crafting flavourful bases and sauces to mastering essential cooking methods. This practical training equips you with skills a pathway to roles within the dynamic food and beverage sector.
