Want to fix your own computer? Learn the basics about computers, hardware, and software. Find out how to keep your computer running smoothly and fix common issues. By being able to maintain your computer, you might save repair costs!

Learn to dismantle and assemble personal computers
Upgrade computers to improve them
Install Windows and other programmes
Understand how computer systems are built
Learn about the roles of extra devices like printers
Set up and test hard drives and other parts
Maintain personal computers
Make a recovery disk for emergencies
Troubleshoot common computer issues
Set up a basic home network
Entry requirements
For students, workers or technical staff who have little or no basic skills and knowledge about PC hardware and software maintenance.
