We'll equip you with improved communication skills to interact effectively with clients and customers, whether in person or over the phone. By the end of the course, participants would be proficient in speaking good English at the workplace.
What you'll learn
How to use the right phrases and vocabulary for daily tasks and phone conversations at work
Express your views, asking for clear explanations, and dealing with communication breakdowns
Using the correct language, expressions and manners during job interviews
Handling different workplace situations like customer complaints, difficult customers, and phone or face-to-face interactions.
(You will be given a scenario in a telephone conversation or face-to-face communication for role-play)
Entry requirements
Participants are required to have a basic command of English.

Fee for this course can be paid using SkillsFuture Credits.
