Job role

An Infrastructure Support Engineer configure, administer, maintain and automate cloud operations / solutions to ensure smooth running of cloud operations and continuous improvement of cloud solutions. The work he/she performs includes the following:

  • Configure & Administer IT system infrastructure

  • Maintain cloud operations / solutions

  • Automate cloud operations / solutions

Work-study training pattern

Block Release (subject to changes) - Alternating between blocks of daily classroom lessons at ITE and periods of On-the-Job Training at the workplace.

Entry requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum entry requirements:

  1. ITE graduates from any one of the following courses + pass company screening & interview;

    • Nitec with GPA ≥ 2:

      • All courses from School of Electronics & Info-Comm Technology

    • Higher Nitec:

      • All courses from School of Electronics & Info-Comm Technology

OR

  1. In-service employees+ with:

    • Equivalent qualifications such as Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5 and above

    • Relevant work experience

    • Strong employer endorsement

+In-service employee may be invited for an admission interview
