Job role
A Hotel Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations in the front office, housekeeping, and restaurant areas of a hotel. They address guests' concerns, gather feedback, and lead their team to achieve top-notch service and operational excellence.
Their responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Manage guest experiences
Foster a supportive team environment
Promote hospitality products, services and events
Monitor shift performance
Supervise the front office, housekeeping and restaurant service area

Entry requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum entry requirements:
ITE graduates from any one of the following courses + pass company screening & interview;
Nitec with GPA ≥ 2
All Courses
Higher Nitec:
All Courses
OR
In-service employees+ with:
Equivalent qualifications such as Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5 and above
Relevant work experience
Strong employer endorsement
+In-service employee may be invited for an admission interview
Career opportunities
Work-Study Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management graduates can be employed by hotels and F&B establishments. Some of the job titles held by graduates include Front Office Executive (Supervisor), Assistant Housekeeper and Service Supervisor (F&B Supervisor).
