The course aims to equip the participants with the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies to perform basic home maintenance pertaining to a split unit air-con system, electrical safety and installations and basic plumbing maintenance, in order to move towards self-sufficiency and sustainability in daily living.

- Fundamentals of Air-conditioning System and Basic Maintenance
- Electrical Safety and Basic Electrical Repair and Installation
- Plumbing System with emphasis on the maintenance of a dual flush Water Cistern
- Air-con efficiency, energy efficient lighting and water conserving plumbing.
Entry Requirements
This is an introductory course for learners who are new to the subject. No prior knowledge is required.
