This course aims to refresh participants with knowledge and skills to observe food hygiene and safety while preparing or handling food. This is a mandatory course for food handlers. Food handlers must complete the 1st refresher training by the 5th year from the passing date of their basic food hygiene course. Subsequently, they must complete refresher training once every 10 years.

Entry Requirements

Participants should possess basic literacy in English or Chinese so that they could understand the lessons and communicate in class. This course will be conducted in either English or Mandarin. 

Participants must be holders of Food Safety Course Level 1 (FSCL 1) Certificate.
