Unleash Your Kitchen Creativity! Are you ready to elevate your culinary skills to an art form?
Fire up your taste buds with the Higher Nitec in Culinary Arts course! Learn to cook exciting cuisines using a wide variety of halal and non-halal ingredients such as beef, chicken, pork, game meat, fish and seafood, vegetables and alcohol with various cooking techniques such as braising, steaming, frying and sous vide.
This course includes a three and six-month enhanced internship at one of the many renowned cafes, restaurants and hotels.

Entry Requirements
GCE 'O' level grades in English Language and 2 other subjects:
- Grade 1-7 in English Language
- Grade 1-7 in two other subjects
To be eligible for selection, you must also have sat for Mathematics (Elementary/Additional).
Note:
- Applicants will have to pass a prescribed medical examination.
