Are you passionate about cooking? The Higher Nitec in Culinary Arts course is your chance to start becoming a skilled chef!

 In this course, you will learn how to prepare a variety of delicious dishes using different halal and non-halal ingredients, including beef, chicken, pork, game meat, fish and seafood, vegetables and alcohol. You will also master important cooking methods like sautéing, steaming, and sous vide.

Plus, a great opportunity to learn from professionals and gain real-world experience through a 6-month internship at top cafes, restaurants, or hotels.

Entry Requirements

GCE 'O' level grades in English Language and 2 other subjects:

  • Grade 1-7 in English Language
  • Grade 1-7 in two other subjects

To be eligible for selection, you must also have sat for Mathematics (Elementary/Additional).


Note:

  • Applicants will have to pass a prescribed medical examination.
