Do you wish you can be more conversant in the English language?  Look no further – this course will equip you with useful phrases and sentences for basic interactions with colleagues and customers at the workplace.

Fee for this course can be paid using SkillsFuture Credits.

What you'll learn

 

  • Difference between formal discussions and casual conversations at the workplace or business setting
  • Appropriate use of phrases and vocabulary in a conversation and application in specific workplace contexts, eg, greetings, answering queries, seeking clarifications, expressing views
  • Apply appropriate conversation types (casual/formal) and language to handle varied workplace conversations and interactions

(Participants will be provided with simple workplace scenarios to role-play the use of good spoken English for basic interactions and conversations)
