Registration for Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) courses
  • Registration is conducted throughout the year for courses scheduled on a quarterly basis.
  • You will be able to register for the classes approximately 1½ months before course commencement.
  • Registration is based on first come first serve basis.
  • Class confirmation e-mail will be sent, 1 to 2 weeks before course commencement.
  • Closing date: 1 week before course start date or when the class is full.

Funding & Subsidies

  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (SCs/SPRs) are eligible for SSG training subsidy of up to 50% of the course fee.  Foreigners with valid work pass will pay the full course fee. 
  • Under the Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES) Scheme, Singapore Citizens who are 40 years and above will enjoy higher subsidy of 70% of the course fees.

MODE OF APPLICATION

1. FormSG

Registration is through FormSG. Click on Respective link for registration.

[Food Safety Course] [Forklift Drivers Training Course] [ National Electric Vehicle (EV) Specialist Safety (NESS) Certification [Course] [Customer Experience Management (Level 1)].

If there are more than 1 participants, download the List of Participants and fill up all the details for all applicants.  This list needs to be uploaded in FormSG registration form.

2. Counter Registration

You can also register at any of our Customer & Visitor Centres, in person or through an authorised person during the registration period. Please bring along all relevant documents, including:

i. NRIC or Work Pass

Payment is required upon confirmation of enrolment.

Do note:

For timely processing and confirmation of registration, do ensure that all information is provided.

Registration closing date: 3 days before course start date or when the class is full.
Class confirmation will be made 1 to 2 weeks before course commencement

MODE OF PAYMENT

For self-sponsored individuals:

1. SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) 

Self-sponsored trainees (Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above) can use their SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to pay for or offset the course fees by applying for claim via their SFC account at https://www.skillsfuture.gov.sg/credit. For more information on fundings and use of SFC, please submit your queries via https://service-portal.skillsfuture.gov.sg/s/feedback or through SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) hotline at 6785 5785.

2. Cheque, VISA, Mastercard, NETS or AXS

Crossed cheque should be made payable to ITE. Please write your name, NRIC/FIN, course title and contact number at the back of the cheque.

3. Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA)
