Social Work Services

We understand that life can get overwhelming at times, from managing academic pressure and finances to handling personal or family issues. Our Student Welfare Officers are here to walk with you through these challenges and connect you to the right support.

We provide a safe, confidential space for you to talk things through and receive guidance that is practical, respectful, and empowering.

We support students with:

  • Personal or family-related stress (e.g. conflict, breakdown, grief)

  • Mental health or emotional well-being concerns

  • Financial difficulties or housing issues

  • Risk of school disengagement or dropout

  • Navigating complex situations such as abuse, neglect, or crisis

  • Referrals to government and community resources (e.g. FSCs, MSF, SSOs, ComLink)

Our Student Welfare Officers work closely with campus staff and external agencies to ensure you get holistic, timely support.

Our operating hours are Mon - Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm. Closed on weekends and public holidays.
