For Class of 2026

Dear Graduands,
On behalf of the Institute of Technical Education (ITE), congratulations on completing your studies. You are among 10,955 graduands from ITE's Full-time, Part-time, Traineeship and Work-Study programmes for Academic Year 2025/2026 — and each of you has earned this moment through your dedication, resilience and hard work.
Your graduation is a significant milestone. Each of you has taken a different path to reach this moment. Some chose ITE as the first step into post-secondary education, drawn by our wide range of courses and driven by a clear sense of what you wanted to pursue. Others came after going through life challenges, determined to discover and develop your potential. Some came with years of work experience to upgrade and stay relevant. Whatever your starting point, ITE believed in you — and today, your success affirms that belief.
You graduate at a time of rapid change, but also great opportunity. During your time at ITE, you have gained not only technical competencies, but also the values, work ethic, and adaptability that employers seek and that life demands. Employers have affirmed that our students contribute meaningfully at work, with strong practical skills, positive attitudes, and readiness for the workplace. That is a reflection of who you are. You leave ITE not just job-ready, but future-ready.
Your journey does not end here — it is just beginning. With a wide range of progression opportunities, including Technical Diploma and Work-Study Diploma courses at ITE, as well as Diploma courses at Polytechnics, there is always a pathway to help you grow further. As your career develops and the landscape evolves, the willingness to stay curious and keep learning will be key to your long-term success. ITE will always be your partner in this lifelong journey, with Continuing Education and Training programmes to help you build your skills and qualifications.
As alumni, you also have a vital role to play. I encourage you to stay connected with the ITE family, and we look forward to having you working alongside ITE as mentors, supervisors in the workplace or even as lecturers in ITE to inspire the next generation of our students, just as others have inspired you.
I wish you every success and happiness in the years ahead and look forward to seeing you become the skilled and resilient professionals that Singapore needs.
Congratulations, Class of AY2025-2026!
