Post Ceremony: Certificate Collection

🏅 Collection of Certificates & Course Medals for WSDip Graduands

🎓 Graduands who were unable to collect their WSDip Certificates and/or Course Medals during the WSDip Graduation Ceremony on 12 November 2025 may do so from:
📅 03 December 2025 onwards until 02 December 2026

📍 You may collect your certificate and/or course medals at the respective ITE College Customer & Visitor Centre that the Work-Study Diploma course is conducted at.

📌 Collection Details

• 🗓 Start Date: 03 December 2025

• 🗓 End Date: 02 December 2026

• 📍 Venue: Respective ITE College Customer & Visitor Centre that the course is conducted at (ITE College Central, ITE College West, ITE College East)

• ⏰ Operating Hours: 9am to 5pm

✅ What to Bring

• 🪪 Your NRIC or any photo identification for verification

• 👥 If you are authorising someone to collect on your behalf, please provide:

  • ✍️ An Authorisation Form, and

  • 🪪 A copy of your NRIC

ℹ️ Additional Information

• Certificates and Course Medals must be collected within the stated period.

• Items not collected by 02 December 2026 will be destroyed. Thereafter, the certificate will not be re-issued and an administrative fee of $10 is charged to print a Certified Statement for the Certificate request.
