Registration at College for full-time Technical Diploma courses
Register for your Technical Diploma at ITE College by confirming your course acceptance, submitting required documents, and completing the registration process at your assigned college.

Successful applicants who have accepted full-time Technical Engineer Diploma or Technical Diploma course offer under the Apr 2025 intake have to pay first term fees by Thu 27 Mar 2025 via one of the payment modes as given at https://www.ite.edu.sg/admissions/full-time-courses/fee-instructions and report to their posted ITE College by the stipulated dates to register for their course. Mar 2025 graduating students will have up till 11 Apr 2025 to pay the first term fees.

Before reporting to college
Please check that you have completed the following, before reporting to College:
Online acceptance of course offer (including health and bio-data declarations including citizenship)
Online application for Bursary/Financial Assistance (if eligible)
Payment of 1st Term Fees by Thu 27 Mar 2025 to secure the training place, otherwise the training place will be withdrawn
Online Submission of Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) Standing Order (SO) Form
Submit online PSEA at https://go.gov.sg/psea-standing-order (if using own account)
Online Payment
At https://for.edu.sg/ite-student-portal by Credit/Debit Card or eNETs – bring along your payment receipts (for payment of course fees by Thu 27 Mar 2025) and a completed Application Form for InterBank GIRO1 when you report to your College on Mon 7 Apr 2025.)
Credit Card/NETs Payment at the Customer & Visitor Centre (CVC) of ITE College
Call or email your College CVC for an appointment. To bring along a completed Application Form for InterBank GIRO1 and submit it upon making payment at CVC by Thu 27 Mar 2025.

Note:
1 The GIRO form is for payment of subsequent term fees (i.e. in October for Technical Diploma courses offered in Apr intake) where applicable and is downloadable from e-Services & Forms.
What to bring
Your identity card (NRIC)
Your ITE Login Password (which you used to accept the course offer)
Payment receipts and a completed Application Form for InterBank GIRO (if you have paid fees via online payment by Credit/Debit Card or eNETs by Thu 27 Mar 2025)
Payment for uniform purchase (about $150, payable by PayNow/Cash/NTUC eVoucher)
Original examination result slip and CCA certificate (if you have self-declared this information during application)
Your medical report, if you are enrolled in a course with medical examination:

What to wear
Please report in white top and black bottom with natural hair colour and decent haircut. Take note of the requirements (see ‘Attire’ section) concerning your personal appearance when reporting to the College.
Getting to ITE Colleges
Colour vision test
In line with industry requirements, applicants for the following courses will need to take a Colour Vision Test when registering for the course to ensure that they are free from colour appreciation deficiency:
Technical Engineer Diploma in Automotive Engineering
Technical Engineer Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Clean Energy)
Please take the online Colour Vision Test at https://colormax.org/color-blind-test/. If you fail the online test, you may call or email your College for an appointment to seek course advising before paying your course fees by Thu 27 Mar 2025.
Fees
You may pay fees for the course when reporting at College (if you have not already done so). Find out more on the fee amount and available mode(s) of payment.
If you have already paid via online payment (credit card), please bring your payment receipts for verification.
Learning accessibility services
If you have a disability or special educational needs, we encourage you to disclose this in the online health declaration so that our Learning Accessibility Officer can facilitate the provision of support services and access arrangements. Disclosure will not put you at a disadvantage during the admission process and details shared will be treated as sensitive personal data. Please bring along relevant supporting documents (e.g. medical/psychological reports, SEAB-approved assessment access arrangements), if available, when you report to your posted College.
National Service (NS) deferment
National Service (NS)-liable males will be granted NS deferment if they attain a place and are pursuing a course for higher academic qualifications from what they have previously attained (e.g. from Nitec[resource:145:86750]Higher Nitec to ITE Technical Engineer Diploma/Technical Diploma courses). NS deferment will no longer be subject to cut-off ages. For latest updates on NS deferment eligibility, please refer to https://for.edu.sg/ns-deferment.
Appeal for transfer
Applicants who wish to transfer to another course/College should first accept their original course offer and register at the College stated in their Enrolment Letter, before submitting an appeal. Appeals for transfer may be submitted online via the ITE website, or at the College stated in your Enrolment Letter.
