Work, Earn and Learn at the Same Time
The Work‐Study Diploma (WSDip) is a unique 2.5‐year apprenticeship based programme, where ITE graduates gain a headstart in their career whilst pursing a nationally recognised diploma. The WSDip course structure comprises 70% to 80% On‐the‐Job Training at the workplace and 20% to 30% Off‐the‐Job Training at ITE.

Who can apply?
Fresh and in-employment ITE graduates
Are Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents or Long-Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) Holders; and
Have attained a relevant Nitec with a Grade Point Average (GPA) score of at least 2.0 or a relevant Higher Nitec.
In-service workers (nominated by existing employer)
Equivalent qualifications such as Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5 and above
Relevant full-time work experience
Strong employer endorsement
Note: NS-liable males who wish to pursue Work-Study Diploma programme must check their eligibility for NS Deferment with Central Manpower Base (CMPB). Only those who are eligible for NS deferment can be enrolled.
