A) Higher Education Community Bursary
The Higher Education Community Bursary is open for all full-time subsidised Singaporean students who do not concurrently hold any other full scholarship. (A full scholarship typically covers tuition fees payable and a monthly or annual living allowance.)
To be eligible, the applicant's gross monthly household income (GHI) with effect from AY 2026 must not exceed $5,500 or gross monthly household per capita income (PCI) must not exceed $1,375.

B) Higher Education Bursary
The Higher Education Bursary is open for all full-time subsidised Singaporean students who do not concurrently hold any other full scholarship. (A full scholarship typically covers tuition fees payable and a monthly or annual living allowance.)
To be eligible, the applicant’s gross monthly household income (GHI) with effect from AY 2026 must not exceed $12,000 or gross monthly household per capita income (PCI) must not exceed $3,000.

C) Edusave Merit Bursary
Full-time Singaporean students who have done well (top 25%) in their course of studies, have demonstrated good conduct and whose gross monthly household income (GHI) does not exceed $9,000 or gross monthly per capita income (PCI) does not exceed $2,250 (from AY 2026 onwards) are eligible for this award. Students must pass all accountable modules in the examinations and not be in receipt of the Good Progress Award or ITE Community Scholarship. This award is valued at $500.
D) Application for Bursary & Financial Assistance
To apply for the Higher Education Community or Higher Education Bursary, you should submit an on-line application for financial assistance and supporting income documents, (e.g. latest payslips, income tax assessment, etc.) for verification. You should inform your College should there be a change in your household income after application during the academic year. You will be informed if your bursary application is successful. Successful applicants will receive the bursary award via PayNow NRIC or Giro.
Student will be required to refund the full or partial bursary quantum if he/she is dismissed, or voluntarily withdraws or defers from his/her course of study or is in receipt of a full scholarship/sponsorship/bursary that covers tuition fees and provides an annual or monthly living allowance.
