Mr Iker Ibáñez, Managing Director - Growth Markets Delivery Lead & Build Experiences Lead, Accenture

Mr Iker Ibáñez is a Managing Director in Accenture Singapore, and leads Accenture Song's technical capabilities in Growth Markets, with an incredible team working across the entire experience technology spectrum. He specialises in transforming organisations into experience driven ones, equipped with the right capabilities to deliver Digital Products, Services and Experiences at scale and pace and with the right culture and mindset to enable experience-led growth.

Ms Chia Yong Yong, Lawyer, SPD Advisor, former Nominated Member of Parliament

Ms Chia Yong Yong is a disability advocate and a lawyer.

Ms Chia joined the Board of Management of disability-focused charity, SPD, in 2004 and served as its President between 2008 and 2020. Currently a member of SPD’s Board Advisory Panel, she continues to guide and support the work of SPD. A Social Service Fellow, her contributions to the sector span nearly three decades.

Mr Dennis Lui, CEO of VITAL

Mr Dennis Lui was appointed Chief Executive, VITAL Shared Services (VITAL) on 1 April 2020. VITAL is the Central Agency for Corporate Shared Services in the Singapore Public Service, and a Department under the Ministry of Finance. Dennis leads more than 500 Corporate Services professionals, serving more than 100,000 public officers across 100 public sector organisations in the areas of finance, human resources and procurement.

Ms Jacelyn Lim, Executive Director, Autism Resource Centre

Ms Jacelyn Lim serves as the Executive Director at Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) (ARC).  ARC is a social service agency that provides a wide range of services for individuals on the autism spectrum. In her ten years serving at ARC, Jacelyn spearheaded the Employability and Employment Centre programme which trains and supports many young adults on the spectrum in open and supported employment. She also heads the charity’s social enterprises, The Art Faculty and Professor Brawn Café. Prior to ARC, she enjoyed the first half of her career in banking.

Mr Winston Wong, Manager, Volunteer Management, Ministry of Social & Family Development

Mr Winston Wong has bilateral severe to profound sensorineural hearing loss. After graduating from National University of Singapore with an Honours Degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2014, Winston first entered the civil service in search of what he would like to do. He eventually pursued his passion to help students with special educational needs (SEN) as an SEN Officer, first in Nanyang Technological University for 2 years, then at Temasek Polytechnic for 4 years.

Mr Wong Zi Heng, MOE Teacher

Mr Wong Zi Heng is a teacher at Bedok South Secondary School since 2019. He was a Year 2 Physics student at National University of Singapore (NUS) when he suffered a cervical spinal cord injury back in 2013 which left him paralysed from chest down and parts of his arms. After taking a year of leave from school for intensive rehabilitation, Zi Heng completed his studies as the NUS Faculty of Science Valedictorian, 2017. He was on the Alice and Peter Tan Scholarship and was given the Teaching Award by MOE.

Mr Josh Tseng, Digital Accessibility Specialist, TEDx Speaker

Mr Josh Tseng is serving as the Director of Digital Accessibility Services at Etch Empathy Ltd and the Creative Director (CSR Media Projects) at Blind Mice Media Pte Ltd. He is also a Board Member of the Executive Committee of the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped. Josh Tseng is an accessibility professional, consultant on "tech for good" projects, and digital media entrepreneur.

POLITE (Poly-ITE) SEN Workgroup

SEN Support Offices have been in operation at Polytechnics and ITE since 2014. Seek to enable students with SEN to: have a holistic education experience, attain independent living skills, and be equipped with access to meaningful employment upon graduation. Since then, they have supported thousands of students with SEN by collaborating and working with various stakeholders (e.g. parents, teachers, schoolmates, administrators, employers) to achieve the above-stated goals.

Mr Anders Tan, co-Founder of Inclus

Mr Anders is one of the founders of Inclus, a social business that helps people with disabilities achieve gainful employment and independent living, where he leads strategy and growth. Ander’s work at Inclus led to business and social models that are sustainable and resilient not just for Inclus but their partners too in employing people with disabilities.

Part of his work with organizations is on systematising their diversity and inclusion culture towards employment for people with disabilities. For his work, Anders was awarded the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) 40 under 40 in 2022.

Mr Loh Wei Yang, Manager at Autism Resource Centre

Mr Loh Wei Yang is a manager with Autism Resource Centre (ARC) and currently works in the Employability and Employment Centre (E2C). He graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia with a degree - Bachelor of Arts (Psychology). Mr Loh has had extensive experience working directly with individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families on a daily basis as an autism therapist.

Mr Chew Jian Xiong, Executive at VITAL Digitalisation Services

Mr Chew Jian Xiong has been working in VITAL as an executive with Digitalisation Services (DGS) since 2017. Despite being autistic, Jian Xiong went through mainstream school, graduating from Institute of Technical Education (ITE) and Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP). By sharing his transition from school to employment journey, he hopes to instill hope for educators, employers and SEN students.
