College Reporting for New Students

Welcome to ITE College West!

Please note the following important information for your first day of school:

1.       Reporting Date

All new students are to report to ITE College West on Monday, 6 April 2026.

2.       SMS Notification

You will receive an SMS sent to your registered mobile number 3 – 5 days before the first day of school. A typical SMS will contain the following reporting information:

“ITE CW 1st Day Reporting: Dear HNitec Electronics Engineering student (Student Block QB2601A), pls report on 6 Apr, 8.30am @ Room 4603 at Block 4 Level 6”

3.       Attire

Please report in:

  • Former secondary school uniform, or

  • White top with black/dark-colored bottom

  • Natural hair colour

  • Neat haircut

  • Covered shoes

4.       Orientation Activities

During the first week of school, you will participate in various orientation activities designed to help you settle into college life, meet your classmates, and understand your course and school. These activities are scheduled to end by 5.00 pm each day.
