  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Why am I only allowed to bring 2 registered guests to my graduation ceremony?

As we have limited seating capacity at our venue, graduands are only allowed to bring along 2 registered guests for the ceremony.

Do register your attendance on the registration portal by Fri 27 Jan 2023 11.59 pm. Unregistered graduands and guests are deemed as not attending and will not have seats reserved for them.

Must I be fully vaccinated to attend this event?

With effect from 10 Oct 2022, Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS) has been lifted. VDS is no longer required for events with more than 500 participants.

Am I required to wear a mask at the event?

Mask wearing is now optional. However, we strongly encourage elderly attendees and immune-compromised persons to wear a mask to reduce their risk of catching respiratory infections.

What do I and my guests need to bring along for entry on event day?

Graduates are to bring along a photo identification for registration and collection of certificates (e.g. NRIC, FIN, Passport).

Attendees who also fail to bring their relevant identification or documents will be denied entry.

Can I attend the graduation ceremony if I do not have the graduation attire?

All graduands must be in their graduation attire before they can be allowed on stage.

I have registered my attendance online and would like to amend my submission. What should I do?

Please email cegraduation@ite.edu.sg to amend your online registration before the online registration ends on Fri 27 Jan 2023. Strictly no amendment requests can be made after Fri 27 Jan 2023. This is to facilitate the seating and logistic planning.

What happens if I do not pre-register online by Fri 27 Jan 2023?

Only graduands and their guests who have pre-registered by Fri 27 Jan 2023, will be admitted into the venues.

Can I collect my certificate before the graduation ceremony?

No, all graduands will collect their certificate only after the graduation ceremony.

Will there be an official photographer to take photographs of the graduands?
