Participants will dive into the fascinating world of tea, exploring nine fundamental types, from the vibrant Japanese Matcha to the smoky Lapsang Souchong. By the end of the course, you will master the art of using traditional brewing equipment and learn how to strategically pair teas and brewing styles to enhance professional settings, support well-being goals, and cultivate a focused mindset.
