This SkillsFuture Certificate of Competency (CoC) course prepares participants for the CAAS Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence (UAPL) theory test. The CAAS UAPL theory test is administered by CAAS (National authority that issues UA Pilot licences). Upon completion of this course, participant can register for CAAS UAPL theory test and apply for a UA pilot licence with CAAS.
The UAPL theory course is conducted by CAAS approved drone instructor and ITE’s curriculum is audited and approved by CAAS.

Apply Principles of Flight
Interpret air navigation act and regulations
Assess metrological conditions for UA operation
Determine human factors
Perform risk assessment for UA operation
Entry requirements
This is intermediate level course.
