As Enrolled Nurses, you will be equipped with the principles and knowledge of coaching caregivers.
Course duration: 7 hours
What you'll learn
Recognise the learning needs of caregivers
Identify the difficulties and challenges encountered by caregivers
Explain the domains of effective coaching (affective, cognitive, psychomotor)
Develop a lesson plan for coaching caregivers (Refer to MOH Caregiver Support - https://www.moh.gov.sg/caregiver-support (opens in new tab))
Entry requirements
Participants must be an Enrolled Nurse with a valid practising certificate with the Singapore Nursing Board.

Fees for this course can be paid using SkillsFuture Credits.
