Enrolled Nurses will acquire the knowledge and skills to perform diabetic foot screening and conduct health teaching on diabetic foot care.
Course duration: 7 hours
What you'll learn
Provide an overview of diabetes mellitus (refer to MOH Clinical Practice Guidelines for diabetes)
Describe the objectives of diabetic foot screening
Carry out diabetic foot screening
Conduct teaching on diabetic foot care
Entry requirements
Participants must be an Enrolled Nurse with a valid practising certificate with the Singapore Nursing Board.
