Learn the skills and techniques to prepare classical French dishes. This course covers everything from appetisers to main courses.

What you'll learn
Identify ingredients for French appetisers (Warm frisée salad and Nicoise salad) and learn preparation techniques
Describe procedures for preparing two French soups (Pistou soup and Durbarry cream) and methods for presenting French cuisine
Prepare two French main courses (Steak au poivre with frites and Duck à l'orange with lentils)
