You will focus on learning the basic breaststroke technique, emphasis on correct positioning, leg and arm actions, breathing, and stroke coordination.
Course duration: 8 hours
This course is designed for adults who are already comfortable in water and have some basic swimming skills.
Target audience
Adults who are already comfortable in water and want to learn basic breaststroke.
What you'll learn
Streamline Positioning: Master the Streamline Glide technique
Leg Action: Practice the breaststroke leg kick
Arm Action: Learn the Catch, Propulsion, and Recovery movements
Breathing: Understand the timing for breath exchange
Stroke Coordination: Coordinate all elements of the breaststroke technique effectively
