This course is designed for adults who are already comfortable in water and have a basic foundation in swimming. You will focus on learning basic freestyle techniques, including correct streamline positioning, leg and arm actions, breathing, and stroke coordination.
Target audience
Adults who are already comfortable in water and want to learn basic freestyle.
What you'll learn
Streamline Positioning: Master the Streamline Glide technique.
Leg Action: Practice kicking with the flutter kick.
Arm Action: Learn the Catch, Propulsion, and Recovery movements.
Breathing: Understand the timing for breath exchange.
Stroke Coordination: Coordinate all elements of the freestyle stroke effectively.
