This course is designed for adults who are already comfortable in water and have a basic foundation in swimming.
You will focus on learning basic freestyle techniques, including correct streamline positioning, leg and arm actions, breathing, and stroke coordination.
Course duration: 8 hours
What you'll learn
Streamline Positioning: Master the Streamline Glide technique.
Leg Action: Practice kicking with the flutter kick.
Arm Action: Learn the Catch, Propulsion, and Recovery movements.
Breathing: Understand the timing for breath exchange.
Stroke Coordination: Coordinate all elements of the freestyle stroke effectively.
Target audience
Adults who are already comfortable in water and want to learn basic freestyle.
