Pastel Nagomi Art is a healing art form from Japan. It uses pastels and fingers to create gentle, soft, and heart-warming art through simple yet unique techniques. This therapeutic method is perfect for self-care and relaxation.
Course duration: 7 hours
Participants will learn the different techniques of Pastel Nagomi Art and apply them in their art work for self-care. Participants will bring home their art pieces and Nagomi Art Starter Kit at the end of the course.

Introduction to Pastel Nagomi Art - background and benefits
Various techniques: colouring, blending, erasing, using different tools to create effects
Applying techniques based on themes like Self-Awareness, Emotions and Gratitude

Our trainer is a certified Pastel Nagomi Art Advanced Instructor (Japan Hope Pastel Art Association) and Artistic Healer in Intuitive Pastel Art (Asia-Pacific Association of Integrative Medicine, Taiwan). She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy from SUSS.
