Through guided instruction and practical activities, participants will learn the rules of pickleball, practise essential techniques and apply their skills in simple game situations. Whether you are new to the sport or looking to experience a new recreational activity, this course offers an enjoyable introduction to pickleball while promoting physical activity and active living.

Target audience
This course is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, including beginners who are new to pickleball and anyone interested in learning the basic rules and fundamental skills of the game.
Entry Requirements
Participants should be physically mobile and in good health to take part in light to moderate physical activity and movement-based exercises.
Pickleball paddles will be provided during the course. Participants are welcome to bring their own paddles if preferred.
