What you'll learn
Learn about electrical safety
Master using test pens, multimeters and polarity test plugs
Understand single-phase electrical supply systems and cable colour codes
Connect consumer units (electrical distribution boards)
Control lighting with different switches
Connect switch socket outlets and plugs
Identify types of fluorescent light fittings
Learn about fluorescent light circuitry and fault repair
Understand home electric water heater systems
