What you'll learn
Breathwork
Techniques to sharpen focus and calm the mind.
Basic Yoga Poses
Standing, sitting, supine, and prone postures to build strength and improve flexibility.
Simple Yoga Sequence
A sequence to activate energy, boost stamina, and align movement with breath.
Relaxation Techniques
Methods to bring balance to the body and mind and reduce stress.
