Master AI & IoT to design, deploy and manage smart systems—boosting efficiency, reliability and your edge in today’s digital workplace.
Course duration: 30 months
The course equips trainees with the skills, knowledge and professional attributes to design, deploy and manage AI-enabled and IoT-based systems with digital connectivity, to optimise operational efficiency and reliability in a digitalised work environment.
Prerequisite
Work well with others in a team environment
Able to articulate and discuss ideas, thoughts and information effectively to achieve common outcomes
Able to understand and co-relate information from multiple disciplines to synthesise knowledge and insights, as well as guide decisions
Job role
An Assistant Integration Engineer integrates, deploys and manages electronics systems and connectivity, as well as apply AI solutions and automation, to achieve continuous process improvement in a digitalised work environment.
Work-Study Training pattern
Day Release - One to two days of classroom lessons per week at ITE, with the remaining work-week spent at the workplace for On-the-Job Training.

Applicants must meet the following minimum entry requirements:
ITE graduates from any one of the following courses + pass company screening & interview;
Nitec with GPA ≥ 2:
All courses from School of Electronics & Info-Comm Technology
All courses from School of Engineering
Higher Nitec
All courses from School of Electronics & Info-Comm Technology
All courses from School of Engineering
OR
In-service employees+ with:
Equivalent qualifications such as Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5 and above
Relevant work experience
Strong employer endorsement
+In-service employee may be invited for an admission interview
Career opportunities
Work-Study Diploma in Electronics & Computer Egineering graduates are employed by companies and organisations in the advanced manufacturing, electronics and ICT, and engineering services sector.
Some job titles held are Assistant Integration Engineer, Associate Systems Engineer and Assistant Electronics Engineer.
