Ever dreamed of learning ballet but never had the chance to start?
This beginner-friendly ballet course introduces adults to the fundamentals of ballet in a supportive and enjoyable environment. Designed for those exploring ballet as a new skill or fitness activity, the course covers posture, turnout, and basic positions of the feet and arms. Participants will progress from simple barre and center exercises to coordinated movements like port de bras, strengthening drills, and spatial awareness techniques.
Fee for this course can be paid using SkillsFuture Credits.
