Master Training Design Techniques
This module is tailored to equip you with skills to identify training needs and design effective in-house programmes. You will receive comprehensive guidance to develop impactful training and excel as an On-the-Job Training (OJT) developer.

Entry Requirements
- Communicate proficiently in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Keen to facilitate and assess learning through the design, reflection and continuous improvement of in-course activities in different learning settings (classroom, workplace and blended learning platform)
- Possess subject matter specialisation and industry experience
- Proficient in IT and communication skills, e.g. Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and communication tools
- Able to source and analyse relevant materials from the workplace, library, internet or online databases for design and development of learning resources
