This module is tailored to equip you with skills to develop assessment instruments leading to ITE certificates and in-house assessments.
Course duration: 21 hours
Master the art to measure learners’ achievement
You will learn to design effective test items that accurately measure learner achievements and reflect their progress.
Participants will be awarded with the module certificate upon completing the module and attaining a pass in the assessment criteria.

Entry requirements
Communicate proficiently in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Keen to facilitate and assess learning through the design, reflection and continuous improvement of in-course activities in different learning settings (classroom, workplace and blended learning platform)
Possess subject matter specialisation and industry experience
Proficient in IT and communication skills, e.g. Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and communication tools
Able to source and analyse relevant materials from the workplace, library, internet or online databases for design and development of learning resources

Find out more. 1 Singapore Citizens (SCs), Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) and Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) holders are eligible for SSG funding support of 50% of course fees. 2 SCs, SPRs and LTVP+ holders who are sponsored by SMEs, or SCs who are eligible for Midcareer Enhanced Subsidy (MCES) enjoy higher SSG funding support of 70% of course fees. 3 Applies to the following categories:
