Entry requirements
Nitec GPA:
Nitec in Asian Culinary Arts or Nitec in Western Culinary Arts with minimum GPA of 2.8 (including CCA bonus points)
Note:
Shortlisted applicants will have to attend an interview, and pass a prescribed medical examination
Students will be required to purchase a Laptop for the course. This is in addition to the course fees. Financial assistance is available to eligible students under ITE Opportunity Fund subject to terms and conditions. Career opportunities
Higher Nitec in Culinary Arts graduates are employed as Demi Chefs in hotels and restaurants. Demi Chefs with work experience and good performance may be promoted to supervisory positions, such as Chef de Partie.
