This course equips trainees with skills, knowledge and professional attributes to inspect, troubleshoot, maintain and repair aircraft structure, systems (mechanical, electrical and avionics) and associated components using appropriate methods and techniques
in accordance with approved procedures and regulations to ensure airworthiness of aircraft.
Additionally, trainees will acquire the skills to perform essential aircraft flight line maintenance procedures, including aircraft launch and recovery operations, first-line inspections on aircraft structures, aircraft repositioning, jacking, lowering and aircraft routine servicing.

Job Role:
An Aircraft Maintenance Technician is one who inspect, repair, and perform scheduled maintenance on aircraft in compliance with CAAS and company standards, diagnosing issues and consulting technical documents to resolve problems in collaboration with technicians and engineers. Maintain detailed records of repairs, inventories, and operations while adhering to strict safety and environmental procedures. Implement basic preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize aircraft serviceability, and administer quality control to conform to management, safety, and regulatory requirements during all operations.
Work-Study Training pattern:
Day Release - One day of classroom lessons per week at ITE, with the remaining work-week spent at the workplace for On-the-Job Training.
