Recruit and retain talent with the ITE Work-Study Diploma
The ITE Work-Study Diploma (WSDip) Programme offers a valuable opportunity for organisations to develop talent pipelines and enhance succession planning. This scheme allows businesses to recruit skilled ITE graduates and provide them with a blend of on-the-job and classroom training.
Who can participate in the programme?
The programme is open to ITE Nitec and Higher Nitec graduates with two to four years of foundational skills, who will join your organisation as full-time employees while pursuing their Diploma studies.
