This diploma course will prepare you to be part of the exciting development in the Facilities Management Industry. Job Role

You will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of establishments, ensuring that they comply with authority requirements and health and safety standards.

Prerequisite

This diploma is for aspiring individuals who are passionate to be a problem solver, good communicator and enjoys exploring emerging technology trends.

Training pattern:

Day Release - Trainees attend lessons at ITE for one day per a week and spend the remainder of the work-week at the workplace for OJT.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum entry requirements:

  1. ITE graduates from any one of the following courses + pass company screening & interview; 

    Nitec with GPA ≥ 2 or Higher Nitec:

    • All courses from School of Engineering
    • All courses from School of Electronics & Info-Comm Technology

    OR

  2. In-service employees+ with
    • Equivalent qualifications such as Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5 and above
    • Relevant work experience
    • Strong employer endorsement
    +In-service employee maybe invited for an admission interview

 

Note: Applicants applying for this course must be free from colour appreciation deficiency.  A score of 100% from the Colour Blindness Test taken here is mandatory for course admission.
