Viewing your module results

When your module results are released, you can view your results by logging in to the ITE myPortal site:

• Full-time & Traineeship: myITE → iStudent → Student Center → Academic Records → View My Grades

• Part-time: STEP Student Portal → Academic Advisement

Certificate, Academic Transcript & Statement of Results

Full-time Work-Study Diploma, Higher Nitec and Nitec

An e-Statement of Results (e-SOR) can be generated by clicking on 'View Statement of Results (e-SOR)' in the View My Grades page. The e-SOR will show the grades and credits earned in all the modules that you have taken, together with your Grade Point Average (GPA).

Part-time Higher Nitec and Nitec in Services / Technology

Your e-Statement of Results (e-SOR), e-Module Certificate and e-Modular Skills Certificate will be accessible from your STEP Student Portal. The e-SOR/e-Module Certificate will show the grade earned for the module that you have taken. The e-Modular Skills Certificate will show the grades for 2 to 4 bite-sized modules that you have completed.

Note:

If you have successfully completed your course, you will be provided with the date for the collection of your certificate and academic transcript. Certificates and academic transcripts can be collected at the specified ITE Graduation Ceremony. Your digital certificate and academic transcript will be accessible from your MySkillsFuture Careers & Skills Passport.

If you are unable to attend the Graduation Ceremony, you can collect the certificate and academic transcript from the ITE Customer & Visitor Centre of the College you studied at, during office hours.

Hard copy certificates will be issued during the Graduation Ceremony. Certificates that remain uncollected after one year will be destroyed and cannot be re-issued.

Review of module results

You may request to review your module results if you have reasons to believe that the module grade awarded for a particular module should have been better. Request should be submitted with a deposit payment of $20 per module.

Full-time Higher Nitec, Nitec, Technical Diploma & Technical Engineering Diploma; and Work-Study Diploma

You may request for review of module results by submitting the online form here, before 5.30pm on the closing date.

You will be informed in writing of ITE's decision on the review of the module results.

Part-time Higher Nitec and Nitec in Services / Technology

You may request for review of module results by logging in to the STEP Student Portal here, and submit the request before the closing date. You can raise a 'Grade review' request under "Request & task" panel.

Note:

If the review leads to a change in grade, your deposit will be refunded. ITE’s decision on the review is final.

If you have failed a module, you will be required to repeat the module.
