Fees and instructions for full-time Nitec, Higher Nitec and Technical Diploma courses.
All ITE students are required to pay their training fees for each term by the stipulated dates. The amount payable varies depending on the course taken.
Please note that all payments are to be made online (Refer below on 'Instruction to make payments'). ITE Customer & Visitor Centres will no longer accept payments.
Training fees for Academic Year (AY) 2026

Instructions to view fees payable
Please note that you are required to make fee payment regardless of your bursary/financial assistance outcome.
If you have accepted the course offer online, you may access the ITE Student Portal two working days later to view the fees payable.
Steps to view fees payable:
Log on to ITE Student Portal
Click on the 'iStudent' icon
Click 'Self-Service', followed by 'Student Center', and then 'Account Inquiry'
Upon acceptance of course offer, you may pay the 1st term fees through one of the following modes
Instructions to make payments
For students who are Singapore Citizens and wish to pay using Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA)
Notice to Apr 2026 intake Singapore Citizen students who are reporting to ITE College for course registration after 13 Apr 2026:
Please submit the online Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA) ad-hoc withdrawal form before you report to the ITE College to course registration during this period. If you are below 21 years of age, your parent/legal guardian will need to submit this form on your behalf using his/her Singpass.
Details on submitting the PSEA ad-hoc withdrawal form are provided in the course offer email sent to the email address you have indicated in your course application.
Upon successful submission of the PSEA ad-hoc withdrawal form, an acknowledgement will be sent to the email address provided in the form. Please retain this acknowledgement email, as you will need to present it for verification when you report at your posted College to register for your course.
Please note that if a Singaporean has an Edusave account, the balance will only be transferred to PSEA in April of the year he turns 17 years of age or is no longer studying in an MOE-funded school, whichever happens later.
You may access MOE’s Student Finance System (SFS) at https://studentfinance.moe.gov.sg to check whether you have a PSEA and your PSEA balance.
For new students admitting in January, you may not have a PSEA yet as the transfer from your Edusave account will only be done in April. You can however submit a PSEA SO in advance when you receive your enrolment letter, indicating your interest to use your PSEA to pay for your fees. Your course fees starting from Jan 2026 term will be deducted from your PSEA once it is created. You will be advised on how to submit the PSEA SO in the enrolment letter. For students who have successfully submitted the PSEA SO application online, no other payment will be required.

If you do not wish to use PSEA to pay fees, you are required to complete and submit the Application Form for Interbank GIRO [PDF, 257 KB] during College registration:
Under Jan 2026 intake: For payment of subsequent term fees (i.e. July 2026 for 3-year Higher Nitec courses, and April 2026 for 2-year Higher Nitec courses under DPP)
Under Apr 2026 intake: For payment of subsequent term fees (i.e. October 2026)
For students who are Singapore Citizens and not paying using the Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) or Singapore Permanent Residents
Online payment by eNETS or credit/debit card upon matriculation of courses
To pay via online:
Click iStudent icon followed by Online Payment icon and follow the instructions to make payment
For students who are international applicants
Online payment by eNETS or Credit/debit card
Please ensure that you have the following items below before paying your 1st term fees online via eNETS or Credit/Debit Card:
• Student Pass / Valid Immigration Pass (e.g. Dependant's Pass / Long-Term Visit Pass)
AND
• Medical report (only for courses which require medical examination)
You may call or email to the Customer & Visitor Centre of your posted College for guidance on online payment.

Refund of fees
Refund of fees is not an automatic process. Applicants must apply for refund before ITE will process the request.
Total fees paid may be refundable under the following conditions
