Upon successfully submitting the online form, you will receive a confirmation message as shown below. Please keep a screenshot of this message as proof of your registration.
“Hi [Your Name],
Graduation Registration Completed
This is to confirm that you will be attending ITE College West Graduation Ceremony.
We will see you at the Graduation Ceremony on [Date of ceremony].”
Graduands who have registered successfully to attend the Graduation Ceremony will receive an email, sent to the same email address, before the ceremony. The email contains a personalised code which you will have to present during registration on the actual day.
Graduands who are unable to attend the ceremony may contact the ITE College West Customer & Visitor Centre at college_west@ite.edu.sg or 6590 2628 to make an appointment to collect their certificate and transcript from Monday, 2 March 2026. Please bring along your NRIC for verification. Certificates that remain uncollected for one year from the date of issuance will be destroyed and cannot be re-issued.
Digital Certificates & Transcripts
Graduands may retrieve their Digital Certificates and Academic Transcripts issued by ITE from 6 February 2026, 12pm onwards by logging in to MySkillsFuture Skills Passport with SingPass. Find out how you can access your Digital Certificates here.
Outstanding Fees
Graduands are required to settle all outstanding ITE fees (e.g., school fees, library fines) with the College by Friday, 6 February 2026. Please note that graduands with unpaid fees will not be able to collect their hard copy certificate, digital certificate, or digital transcript.
Punctuality
Graduands must report at your respective venues for registration at least 1 hour before the official start time of your ceremony. After the ceremony started, we reserved the right to close registration, and graduands who arrive late will not be allowed on stage.
Photography
Our photographers will be capturing photos during the event. These images may be used across ITE’s communication platforms, including publications, the ITE website, the Corporate Newsletter, and our Facebook page.
ITE Giving
As you celebrate your achievements at ITE, we invite you to consider extending a helping hand to juniors who may be in need. A simple donation to the ITE Education Fund can make a meaningful difference to students who struggle with daily schooling expenses.
Your generosity will not only provide practical support but also inspire them to persevere in their studies and pursue their dreams. Every contribution, big or small, is deeply appreciated. Thank you for helping to build a culture of giving that we can all be proud of.
