ITE offers a wide range of CET Skills courses for the upgrading needs of the workforce. These part-time courses are:
Higher National ITE Certificate (Higher Nitec)
National ITE Certificate (Nitec)
ITE Skills Certificate (ISC)
Part-time Higher Nitec courses (for Ongoing Students only)
Courses are being phased out and are offered to ongoing students only.
Part-time courses focus on job-specific skills, with each module completed in six months. You will receive a Module Certificate for every module you pass, showcasing your growing expertise.
If you complete the certification requirements for the same course of study and mode of training within six years from your first set of approved assessment results, you may be awarded the full Higher Nitec in Services/Technology certificate, together with an academic transcript.

Part-time Enhanced Higher Nitec courses
This updated framework offers three-month modules, focusing on industry-relevant skills. Students earn a Modular Skills Certificate (MSC) after completing two to four modules, plus a Statement of Results (SOR) each term.
If you complete the certification requirements for the same course of study and mode of training within six years from your first set of approved assessment results, you may be awarded the full Higher Nitec in Services/Technology certificate, together with an academic transcript.

Training schedule
Evening classes – Lessons are held two evenings a week, from 1845 hours to 2145 hours.
Weekend classes – Lessons are held once a week, from 0900 hours to 1600 hours.
