Tiffin - Poori, and Masala Potato;
Restaurant Special - Chicken tikka masala, Saffron Rice and Raita;
Snacks - Vegetable pakora with mint chutney

Ingredients for the Indian cuisine and techniques of preparing the dishes
Procedures of preparing Indian cuisine and the methods of assembling or presenting the dishes
Preparation of the dishes using the above knowledge
